I offer multi-level, alignment-based vinyasa yoga classes, grounded in the practices of mindfulness and compassion. My classes in general are an invitation to practice focusing on the breath, the body, and the mind, noticing everything that happens along the way, to move, to let go, and most of all, to make friends with it all. The yoga of rest. In restorative yoga classes, poses are held for up to eight minutes supported entirely by the props to promote deep relaxation to calm the nervous system and drop out of the stress response.
